Glove Auto Stacking and Counting (Super Neat)

The glove auto stacking and counting machine is a fully automated piece of equipment that retrieves half-stripped gloves from the formers for alignment detection and counting ,and then packs them into a stack according to the set number and a left-right alternate pattern. The machine has a data statistics function and can also complete data uploads according to customer requirements. The equipment presents a high degree of intelligence and wide adaptability.

Advantages

  • Capable of adapting to speed: 160 pieces/minute ( 38K pieces/hour for double former ) or 200 pieces/minute ( 48K pieces/hour for double former) .
  • There are two rows of laser photoelectric sensor, which can slow down and stop after detection, the gloves stopping position is more accurate .
  • The first layer of the material box is equipped with a lifting module, and each material box can automatically lift and lower according to the number of gloves.
  • The stacking of gloves is more neat, with a total stack length of 240mm gloves s 270mm.
  • More accurate counting gloves: within+1 pieces(accuracy≥99.7%).
  • Each belt component is an independent mechanical structure for faster maintenance.

Job Description:

As an Assistant to the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Vice President of Marketing with various administrative tasks and ensuring their schedule is well-managed. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently manage the Vice President’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and ensuring all arrangements are well-coordinated.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the Vice President, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa arrangements as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Vice President of Marketing, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence. Respond to inquiries and prioritize messages effectively.
  • Prepare meeting agenda, coordinate meeting logistics, and take minutes or notes when required. Ensure timely distribution of meeting materials and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of various documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain a systematic filing system for easy access to important documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members. Serve as a point of contact and represent the Vice President of Marketing in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Accompany the Vice President of Marketing on business trips and client visits, to providing oral translation and taking notes (when necessary).
  • Occasionally translate documents as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as Executive Assistant to a senior-level executive, preferably in a sales or marketing environment. (Fresh Graduated are encouraged to apply)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent proofreading and editing abilities. Preferred both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.
