Company Introduction

Since established in year 2009, Reebow Automation has committed to the research of glove auto-packaging equipment which includes production and technical services. The company has obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, Intellectual Property Management System Certification, and Certificate of the Integrated Management System.

Our company was focused on using industrial robot technology for the traditional labor-intensive industries by improving the working conditions for workers, reducing the dependency on manual labor, and helping customers to reduce waste and improve their productivity.

The continuous improvement of our technologies has ensured the company can lead in the market for disposable glove auto-packaging machines. Not only China, but we also obtained good recognition from the oversea market like Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam etc.

Multiple awards have been credited to the company included of National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, Shandong Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise, Excellent Enterprise for integrating industrialization and information. Besides that, we also obtained the title of “Little giant” enterprise of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China in year 2021.

This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to the Vice President of Marketing and ensuring the smooth functioning of their daily activities.

    Job Description:

    As an Assistant to the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Vice President of Marketing with various administrative tasks and ensuring their schedule is well-managed. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Efficiently manage the Vice President’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and ensuring all arrangements are well-coordinated.
    • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the Vice President, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa arrangements as needed.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Vice President of Marketing, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence. Respond to inquiries and prioritize messages effectively.
    • Prepare meeting agenda, coordinate meeting logistics, and take minutes or notes when required. Ensure timely distribution of meeting materials and follow up on action items.
    • Assist in the preparation and editing of various documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain a systematic filing system for easy access to important documents.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members. Serve as a point of contact and represent the Vice President of Marketing in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and always maintain a high level of confidentiality.

    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent proofreading and editing abilities. Preferred both English and Mandarin.
    • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
