As an Assistant to the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Vice President of Marketing with various administrative tasks and ensuring their schedule is well-managed. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently manage the Vice President’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and ensuring all arrangements are well-coordinated.
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the Vice President, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa arrangements as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Vice President of Marketing, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence. Respond to inquiries and prioritize messages effectively.
• Prepare meeting agenda, coordinate meeting logistics, and take minutes or notes when required. Ensure timely distribution of meeting materials and follow up on action items.
• Assist in the preparation and editing of various documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain a systematic filing system for easy access to important documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members. Serve as a point of contact and represent the Vice President of Marketing in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Accompany the Vice President of Marketing on business trips and client visits, to providing oral translation and taking notes (when necessary).
• Occasionally translate documents as needed.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the glove industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Visiting potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products
• Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
• Developing and implementing effective sales plan to achieve company sales target.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Participating in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to enhance brand awareness and network with key industry professionals.
