Reebow to complete the share reform

On November 22, 2022, the founding conference of SHANDONG REEBOW INTELLIGENT EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. was held solemnly. The conference reviewed and approved the proposals of preparing for stock reform and formulating the company’s articles of association, elected the members of the first board of directors and the board of supervisors of the company, and appointed the company’s senior management team at the subsequent board of directors. Representatives from securities firms, accounting firms and law firms were invited to witness another milestone of Reebow.

On November 25, 2022, Reebow received a new business license, successfully completed joint-stock transformation, and officially changed its name to “SHANDONG REEBOW INTELLIGENT EQUIPMENT CO., LTD“.

Founded in 2009, Reebow is the leader of industrial automation and digital technology in China.  It is a comprehensive solution provider of intelligent manufacturing integrating automation equipment and industrial software.  Since its establishment, the company has been awarded the titles of National intellectual property Advantage Enterprise, high-tech Enterprise, Gazelle Enterprise of Shandong Province, etc., with Zibo as the headquarters, with a branch in Qingdao, Shandong and a subsidiary in Malaysia, the company has been committed to using industrial robot technology to transform the traditional labor intensive and heavy manual labor industry, improve the working environment of workers, reduce labor intensity.  Help customers save energy, improve production efficiency and product quality.

Job Description:

  • Efficiently manage the Vice President’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and ensuring all arrangements are well-coordinated.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the Vice President, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa arrangements as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Vice President of Marketing, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence. Respond to inquiries and prioritize messages effectively.
  • Prepare meeting agenda, coordinate meeting logistics, and take minutes or notes when required. Ensure timely distribution of meeting materials and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of various documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain a systematic filing system for easy access to important documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members. Serve as a point of contact and represent the Vice President of Marketing in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Accompany the Vice President of Marketing on business trips and client visits, to providing oral translation and taking notes (when necessary).
  • Occasionally translate documents as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as Executive Assistant to a senior-level executive, preferably in a sales or marketing environment. (Fresh Graduated are encouraged to apply)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent proofreading and editing abilities. Preferred both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.
  • Possess a driver’s license and willingness to travel.
