On February 20th, the “Innovative Zibo Person of the Year Awards” sponsored by Zibo Science and Technology Innovation Association and Zibo Radio and Television Station was grandly held in Qisheng Hotel. Xu Yunhai, chairman of SHANDONG REEBOW INTELLIGENT EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. won the honorary title of “2022 Innovation Zibo Annual Leader”.

    This event is aimed at entrepreneurs in Zibo City, and set up 10 “Innovative Zibo Annual Leading Person Awards”, 12 “Innovative Zibo Annual Leading Person Awards” and 32 “Innovative Zibo Annual New Talent Awards”. This is the second time Chairman Xu Yunhai has been on the honor list after the “2021 Innovation Zibo New Talent of the Year” award.

     This time, the evaluation focuses on Zibo City’s scientific and technological benchmark enterprises, all levels of “specialized, special, new and small giant” enterprises and gazelle enterprises and other outstanding enterprises.

Job Description:

As an Assistant to the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Vice President of Marketing with various administrative tasks and ensuring their schedule is well-managed. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently manage the Vice President’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and ensuring all arrangements are well-coordinated.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the Vice President, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa arrangements as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Vice President of Marketing, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence. Respond to inquiries and prioritize messages effectively.
  • Prepare meeting agenda, coordinate meeting logistics, and take minutes or notes when required. Ensure timely distribution of meeting materials and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of various documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain a systematic filing system for easy access to important documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members. Serve as a point of contact and represent the Vice President of Marketing in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Accompany the Vice President of Marketing on business trips and client visits, to providing oral translation and taking notes (when necessary).
  • Occasionally translate documents as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as Executive Assistant to a senior-level executive, preferably in a sales or marketing environment. (Fresh Graduated are encouraged to apply)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent proofreading and editing abilities. Preferred both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.
