On June 6, 2024, Shandong Reebow Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. and Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers Association (MARGMA) organized a ribbon cutting ceremony in Kuala Lumpur. Reebow Intelligence, as the core sponsor of MARGMA, will assist in the upcoming IRGCE2024 Malaysia International Rubber Glove Exhibition from September 3 to September 5.

Datuk Chan oong Hin, deputy minister of Plantation and Commodities in Malaysia, Sri Mohamad Suparadi Bin Mohd Noor, chairman of Malaysia Rubber Council (MRC), Oon Kim Hung, president of MARGMA, and relevant leaders from companies such as Reebow Intelligence, Top Glove, KOSSAN Group, and CCM Group attended the signing ceremony and witnessed the start of the cooperation together.

IRGCE is organized by Malaysian Rubber Glove Manufacturers Association (MARGMA) and is known as the world’s largest rubber glove exhibition. Every two years, manufacturers and upstream and downstream enterprises in the global disposable glove industry will gather together to discuss cutting-edge technologies and showcase the latest technological achievements.

As the core sponsor of this exhibition, Reebow Intelligence will present a new generation of independently developed intelligent equipment at the exhibition. By focusing on intelligent solutions for disposable gloves and whole line equipment, the company will display its profound fruits in automation and intelligent technology. Job Description:

As an Assistant to the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Vice President of Marketing with various administrative tasks and ensuring their schedule is well-managed. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently manage the Vice President’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and ensuring all arrangements are well-coordinated.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the Vice President, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa arrangements as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Vice President of Marketing, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence. Respond to inquiries and prioritize messages effectively.
  • Prepare meeting agenda, coordinate meeting logistics, and take minutes or notes when required. Ensure timely distribution of meeting materials and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of various documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain a systematic filing system for easy access to important documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members. Serve as a point of contact and represent the Vice President of Marketing in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Accompany the Vice President of Marketing on business trips and client visits, to providing oral translation and taking notes (when necessary).
  • Occasionally translate documents as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as Executive Assistant to a senior-level executive, preferably in a sales or marketing environment. (Fresh Graduated are encouraged to apply)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent proofreading and editing abilities. Preferred both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.
  • Possess a driver’s license and willingness to travel.
